This is the core main control board for the NCR S2 cash dispensing module, acting as the central drive and signal processing unit for the entire cash-out mechanism.
- Receive cash withdrawal execution commands from the ATM host mainboard, parse transaction amount and denomination distribution instructions.
- Drive all dispenser internal actuators: cassette pick motors, transport roller motors, divert gate solenoids, reject cash stacker solenoids, presenter outlet motor via on-board power relays and driver circuits.
- Collect real-time feedback signals from all cash path optical sensors, cassette empty/full sensors, note thickness double detection sensors, divert position sensors, jam detection sensors.
- Execute banknote counting, multi-denomination combination dispensing, reject banknote separation & divert to reject cassette logic control.
- Real-time fault diagnosis for dispenser mechanical jams, motor overload, sensor failure, power abnormality; upload fault codes & operation logs to ATM host for maintenance diagnosis.
- Isolated power distribution for the entire dispenser mechanical assembly, over-current, short-circuit, surge protection for motors and sensor circuits.
