Diebold AFD 2.0 CoRe Main Dispenser Control Board, Part Number 49-267153-000A:E, specially designed for Diebold CS5500 & CS5550 ATM cash recycling dispenser. It is the core control PCB to govern all cash picking, transportation, sensor detection and abnormal banknote diversion of AFD2.0 cash-out mechanism. Fully tested before delivery, plug-and-play installation, suitable for ATM machine breakdown repair, equipment renovation and spare parts inventory.
This AFD2.0 main dispenser control board is the central nerve core of Diebold CS5500 cash dispensing unit, undertaking all cash-out logic control of the ATM cash dispenser:
- Cash Picking Motor Drive Control Output drive signals to control four cash cassette pick motors, separation roller motor, transport belt motor, bridge motor to realize banknote picking, separation, conveying, alignment.
- Full Sensor Signal Acquisition & Judgment Collect real-time signals from banknote thickness sensor, skew sensor, jam sensor, note presence sensor, cash low sensor, reject bin sensor, feedback status to ATM host to judge abnormal banknote or paper jam fault.
- Abnormal Banknote Diversion & Retract Control Control divert gate solenoid to divert counterfeit, overlapping, skewed banknotes to reject cassette; control bundle retract mechanism to retract leftover banknotes after transaction cancellation.
- Host Communication & Fault Code Upload Realize serial communication with ATM upper industrial PC, upload dispenser running status, fault error codes, motor working current for remote diagnosis and maintenance.
- Overload & Short Circuit Protection Built-in hardware fuse and overcurrent protection to avoid burnout of drive components caused by paper jam stalling.
